Institutional Food Service Worker

Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare sector, is seeking a Food Service Worker to join their team. As a Food Service Worker, you will be part of the Food & Nutrition department supporting the overall mission of providing excellent service to patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Food Service Worker

Location: Mount Vernon, IL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist in the setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Support various food preparation tasks as needed throughout the facility.
