A busy, Neapolitan-inspired restaurant is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team. Our cuisine is rooted in Italian tradition, focused on seasonal ingredients, and supported by relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and artisans.
The Role:
- Lead daily kitchen operations for a 50-seat pizzeria/Italian restaurant.
- Hire, train, mentor, schedule, and manage a team of approximately 25.
- Collaborate on creative, seasonal menus as well as catering, private events, and offsite functions.
- Manage labor, food costs, and overall kitchen profitability.
- Work closely with leadership to continuously evolve operations and guest experience.
- Opportunity for growth within an established restaurant group.
About You:
- Strong, respectful leader who leads with passion and integrity.
- Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience as a Chef or Chef de Cuisine required.
- Hands-on manager with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word).
- Flexible schedule and physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $95,000 annually, plus health benefits, two weeks paid time off, dining discounts, and more.
