Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and development by providing input on seasonal offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Team player with good communication skills.
