Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions. Stack dishes for return to stewarding after meals are finished. Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and guest concerns are addressed. Meet with supervisor to review assignments, anticipate business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance. Review status of work and follow up actions required with supervisor prior to leaving. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Food handler certification required. Restaurant experience required. High School diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate preferred. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
