Onsite Groundskeeper / Housekeeper Couple

Great setting on 10+ acres of maintained grounds plus woods and ponds on bayou near Slidell.
Part time tasks of 20+ hours per week, including housekeeping, laundry, window cleaning,
grass cutting, tree thinning/pruning, fence repair, weekly pool backwash/cleaning,
occasional boat cleaning/prep, and other chores. Offsite work one half-day per week is likely.
Compensation for above base responsibilities is private waterfront 3 bedroom 2 bath house and
a minimum of $300 monthly.
If you have handyman skills, there's potential for additional paid work at market rates.
This role is perfect for a flexible, hardworking couple with good references who enjoy fishing,
boating, and gardening in their free time.
