Head Custodian

Schedule:

Hours per day - 8

Days per week - 5

School Schedule: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Summer Schedule: To be determined

Major Responsibilities: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to instruct, supervise and motivate subordinates.

Demonstrates or has demonstrated the ability to follow directions.

Demonstrates or has demonstrated a good working relationship with Administrators, teachers, clerical staff, students and the general public.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Ability to perform basic clerical, mathematical, and computer tasks.

Snow and ice removal and salting of sidewalks and walkways.

Light maintenance.

May request a job description from the Maintenance Office.

Other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance Services and Building Principal.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Ability to climb ladders and crawl under desks/tables.

Qualifications: Must have passed the Head Custodian test with a minimum score of 75% prior to the closing of this posting.
