Are you a visionary behind the bar? Do you craft cocktails that spark conversation and shape culture? We're searching for a Lead Bartender/Mixologist to take center stage at our venue someone who doesnt just mix drinks but builds experiences.

What you'll do:

• Design and execute a signature bar program that highlights creativity, seasonal ingredients, and unforgettable flavors
• Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing bar team
• Maintain top-tier customer service and bar operations standards
• Collaborate with our events team to create drink menus and themed specials
• Track inventory and costs while ensuring quality and consistency
• POS fluency with Square and Toast

We're looking for someone who:

• Has developed a successful dynamic bar program with proven results
• Is confident in both classic and modern mixology techniques
• Has leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality environments
• Thrives on innovation, presentation, and storytelling through beverage
• Brings energy, professionalism, and a desire to shape our bars identity

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Maintain cleanliness and proper stock levels at the bar
• Engage patrons with professional, friendly service
• Contribute to smooth daily operations and team collaboration
• Flexibility to assist with occasional barista duties, if needed

Qualifications:

• Verified mixology experience (certification preferred)
• Prior bartending experience in a professional setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual during designated shifts

Schedule:

• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Time: 3:00 PM 8:00 PM
• Additional hours may be available based on business needs and availability
