SUPERVISION - RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS :
Assist with the supervision of seasonal workers in field work as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees, officials and the public. (Daily)

Maintain and conduct an effective custodial and maintenance program. (Daily)
Effectively facilitate custodial and maintenance plans and assist personnel with preferred maintenance and custodial methods and practices. (Daily)
Maintain and safely operate equipment. (Daily)
Apply and maintain knowledge of the current methods, equipment, materials and tools to effectively maintain and care for a variety of athletic or sports equipment. (Daily)
Ensure custodial and maintenance tasks are performed and completed properly and efficiently. (Daily)
Apply and maintain knowledge of the current methods, equipment, materials and tools used to perform maintenance and custodial tasks. (Daily)
Maintain accurate and appropriate inventory of parts, supplies, tools and equipment. (Daily)

Ability to maintain accurate records. MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :High school diploma/GED with two years of experience in custodial or building maintenance work. Prior sport facility maintenance preferred with basic computer skills. Must obtain First Aid / CPR certification within first six months of employment. Possession of valid Nebraska drivers license is required.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS :
None. MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND WORK AIDS USED :
Vacuum, scrubber, broom, mop, hand and carpentry tools; hand and power tools, two-way radios, sprayers, small-utility vehicles, lifts, groomers, and sweepers.
