Welcome to Grace Winery, a hidden gem nestled on thirty rolling acres in the historic Brandywine Valley. Our property is steeped in historycentered around a beautifully preserved 1734 Quaker farmhouse and a restored 1750s barn that now houses our public tasting room. What began as a family home has evolved into a fifty-room inn, event destination, and working winery producing estate-grown wines. We are proud to offer guests a uniquely local experience that reflects the land, the seasons, and our deep commitment to hospitality. The tasting room is open Fridays through Sundays and features hyper-local, wine-focused fare that celebrates our regions bounty.

Part-Time | Weekends Required

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests, managing both reservations and walk-ins
• Maintain flow of service by accurately estimating wait times and managing seating chart
• Serve as the first point of contactensuring guests feel welcomed and informed upon arrival
• Communicate effectively with servers and management about special requests and large parties
• Assist with light retail sales and occasional support for other front-of-house tasks
  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in hosting, front desk, or guest services role
• Confident, calm, and organized under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using reservation platforms (experience with Tock a plus)
• A collaborative team member with a calm, confident presence
• Flexible availability, weekends a must; some holidays

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00)
