Maintenance Mechanic

Were seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the graveyard shift. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with strong electrical and mechanical experience. If youre passionate about keeping production running smoothly and safely, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Need:
5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Proven job stability and reliability
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in food manufacturing or processing (preferred)
Bakery experience is a plus; otherwise, automation experience is required
Familiarity with equipment such as:
Dividers
Allen Bradley PLCs
500 to 1500 mixers
Wrappers
Conveyor belts
Ovens
Blast freezers

Key Responsibilities:
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment
Diagnose malfunctions using voltmeters and other testing tools
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
Program and operate computer-controlled machinery
Lubricate, clean, and adjust equipment as needed
Collaborate with operators and other team members to ensure smooth production
