A well-established, confidential manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to join our operations team. This hands-on position supports the daily maintenance and repair of equipment in a clean, air-conditioned environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Schedule & Work EnvironmentTraining Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Regular Schedule (Post-Training): MondayFriday, 1:00 PM 9:00 PM
Some Saturdays and overtime may be required based on business needs
Air-conditioned environment with some exposure to heat and cold
Monitor and maintain all installed equipment and systems for optimal performance
Diagnose and perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance
Use eMaint software to manage daily/weekly/monthly PM schedules
Generate purchase orders and coordinate with subcontractors
Create and analyze maintenance reports
Instruct and oversee production workers in routine preventive maintenance
Fabricate and repair parts using shop tools and equipment
Basic electrical knowledge ( 480/240/120 volts )
Familiarity with: bearings, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, fluid pumping, welding, and rigging
Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings
Microsoft Office proficiency
Brazing and open-air furnace experience a plus
PLC troubleshooting and AutoCAD experience preferred but not required
Use of hand, power, and specialty tools
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand for extended periods
Perform physical tasks such as pulling, bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching
Minimum 5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Experience in welding, cutting, and mechanical fabrication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic math skills
