Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team at Brasserie Ten Ten. As a Lead Line Cook, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish that leaves the line meets our quality and presentation standards. You will work closely with our Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, contributing to an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy service periods.
  • Assist with kitchen prep work as needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a lead Line Cook or wheel cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced, high end kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Culinary school education is a plus but not required.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $25.00) plus tips
