Job Details We are currently seeking a Lead Line Cook at our Butcher's Daughter location with experience working autonomously, on the Hot Line, Garde Manger and Pizza station, and Expo as well as understanding of a daily prep schedule. The Butcher's Daughter is a local staple, and institutional restaurant located on Abbot Kinney that servers 100% vegetarian / plant forward menus , with many vegan and glutenfree optionsthink grain bowls, woodfire pizzas, artisanal juices, pastries, coffee, craft cocktails, and a plantbased market items.The ideal candidate must have experience working in high standards and busy establishments. This person must be highly responsible, follow direction well, and work well in a fast paced and demanding kitchen. This person must have the confidence and ability to lead a team to success and continue to grow our business together.
