HOST:

*Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, making reservations, properly adhering to company standards, with guest hospitality the main focus, while coordinating proper restaurant flow throughout each shift.
*Managing and planning reservations in Opentable.
*Assigning tables for each shift ensures proper flow of restaurant and cover counts to each server, notifying the management team of VIPs, large parties and guest notes. Adhering to company policies for allowing large parties and amount of reservations taken at any given time.
*Maintaining proper appearance of the restaurant.
*Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner.
*Organize and accommodate guest reservations and requests.
*Accurately quote wait-times to guests.
*Facilitate take-out and delivery order fulfillment.
*Able to speak knowledgeably about the restaurant and our offerings. when fully booked.
*Side-work as assigned.

Qualifications:

*Previous experience as a Host in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
*Professional appearance and demeanor.
*Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.

Part-time opportunities available. Generous tip opportunity available.

Qualified candidates should have:

Must be available for 3-4 shifts a week and available to work holidays and weekends
Must have previous and recent restaurant experience
Must be available to start work immediately
Must posses related experience in food and beverage service
Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions and coordinate needs for all tables assigned.
