Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitization:

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas, including classrooms, hallways, and restrooms.

Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, toys, and equipment.

Cleaning windows and mirrors.

Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.

Restroom Maintenance:

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including floors, walls, sinks, and fixtures.

Refilling dispensers with soap, paper towels, and other supplies.

General Maintenance:

Dusting furniture, desks, and other fixtures.

Assisting with seasonal decorations and displays.

Replacing light bulbs and other supplies.

Safety and Order:

Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children.

Keeping classrooms and other areas organized and tidy.

Immediately cleaning up any spills or messes.

Communication and Support:

Communicating with the director or other staff about maintenance needs.

Providing janitorial support as needed.
