Live-out Housekeeper/Laundress - Sharon, CT

Sharon, CT couple is seeking a live-out Housekeeper/Laundress with formal home experience. Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping, deep cleaning, and caring for antiques, fine furnishings, silver, and collectibles as well as cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming floors, dusting, and maintaining overall household cleanliness. Laundress duties include sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and pressing laundry with careful attention to fabric care, particularly for high-end textiles like silks and cashmere. A keen eye for detail is essential, especially with delicate fabrics, and the ability to follow care labels and instructions precisely is required. The ideal candidate will be discreet, organized, and highly detail-oriented, with experience working in formal homes and delivering museum-quality cleaning. Family has horses and stable cats but no pet care required. No cooking or travel is required. Must be a non-smoker, have a strong command of English (via phone and text), and own an iPhone for communication. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, with no weekends. Compensation is $45/hour. Paid holidays offered. PTO offered after one year of employment. Possible health insurance stipend.
