Full-Time Housekeeper | Denver Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $45-$50+hour | Guaranteed weekly hours Location: Denver, CO An established couple in Denver, CO is seeking a meticulous, flexible, and proactive full-time Housekeeper to join their household team. The couple resides in a well-maintained 12,000 sq ft home and values long-term relationships with their staff - their current team member has been with them for many years. This is an excellent opportunity for a career housekeeper who takes pride in their work, values clear communication, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience working in private residences or luxury hospitality environments, be polished in both appearance and communication, and feel comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with existing team member. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily housekeeping duties and general home organization Execute routine and seasonal deep cleaning projects Laundry, ironing, hand washing delicates, and coordinating dry cleaning Care for fine furnishings, surfaces, art, silver, china, and crystal using appropriate methods Maintain plant and floral care throughout the home Organize closets, cabinets, and storage areas Support with dinner parties, including light service assistance, table setting, and floral arrangements Monitor the home for necessary repairs and report accordingly Stock household and cleaning supplies, and manage inventory of personal care items Assist with packing, unpacking, and travel prep as needed Conduct daily walk-throughs for operational and safety checks Receive and log packages, manage returns and exchanges Run local errands for the principals and team as needed Communicate with the property manager and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Light pet care for the family's two friendly dogs Qualifications: 10+ years of housekeeping experience in private households or luxury hospitality Local to the Denver area and legally eligible to work in the U.S. Strong communicator who is fluent in English; the ability to speak Spanish as well is a plus High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative Physically capable of performing housekeeping tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working with another team member and vendors Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations Non-smokers only Must have excellent references Willingness to undergo an in-depth background check Compensation and Benefits: $45-$50+ per hour | Depending on experience Healthcare Stipend 3 Sick days Flexible PTO Policy Discretionary bonus Mileage Reimbursement Monthly Phone Allowance DM Estate Staffing is a domestic staffing firm based in Silicon Valley, California.
