Responsible for assisting a higher level employee or actions officer with the planning and executing of community special events th respond to the needs and interests of the military/civilian populion.
Requires innovive approaches and adaptions due to limited resources and diverse range of the populion's interest and needs. Special events implemented include community wide events such as 4th of July Celebrion; etc.
Devises, improvises, and adapts activities to the wide range of participants interest and needs considering limition of funds, facilities, equipment, volunteers, staff support, etc., available.
Submits a cost analysis of special events prior to implemention and after each event.
Continuously evalues the effectiveness of ongoing activities and coordines events with Marketing/Commercial Sponsorship, and supervisor, prior to scheduling special events or prior to submission of special events for five-year plans.

Qualificion Requirements
1. Work experience and/or educion reled to the duties to be performed.
2. Work requires the use of physical exertion when preparing for and overseeing events.
3. Must be able to lift and carry light to moderely heavy items.
Highly Preferred Criteria
Candides who meet the following considered Highly Preferred and given priority over all other applicants.
1. A minimum of 12 months experience in planning and executing events on a large scale (5,000+ participants).
2. A minimum of 12 months Experience with NAF Contracting.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials
This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium paid the re of 25% of the basic re for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential paid the re of 10% basic re for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
