Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

Large bakery manufacturer is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic for their out east facility. Candidates must have experience working in and around a GMP and SOP facility. Candidates will be assisting with facilities but hands on machinery experience is a plus as well! Responsibilities

• Must have prior experience working in a GMP and SOP facility ( preferrably Food, Pharma or Vitamins)
• Work with little assistance and supervision.
• Read electrical schematics.
• Perform light electrical building wiring.
• Perform light electrotechnical trouble shooting.
• Set up all manufacturing equipment for production run.
• Follow all preventive maintenance requirements.
• Plumbing, electrical, drywall, interior and exterior lighting.
• Repair production and packaging equipment as needed.
• Mechanical fabrication skills.
• Bi Lingual English and Spanish Preferred but not required
