Front Desk Associate Small, Family-Owned Motel (PG Area)

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at a small, family-owned and operated motel in PG.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest reservations, including taking and processing bookings.
Provide front desk services, including guest check-in/check-out and addressing guest inquiries or concerns.
Supervise housekeeping and yard maintenance staff as needed.
Assist with light maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Comfortable and professional when speaking with guests on the phone.
Basic computer proficiency (our reservation system is spreadsheet-based).
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Ability to perform light maintenance duties.

Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Wednesday or Friday (your choice): 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

This is a permanent position with immediate availability.

Compensation: Starting at $21.00 per hour
