Responsibilities
Performing preventive maintenance on equipment, maintaining parts and supplies
inventories.
Repairing and replacing faulty components or parts, installing new machines and
equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic and mechanical problems
Housekeeping throughout assigned shift to ensure an orderly and safe environment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems and control circuits.
Ability to solve mechanical problems
Perform reactionary maintenance (i.e., repair machines, equipment, etc., when required,
as such goes down).
Preventive maintenance can carry out tasks and responsibilities associated with
maintenance of equipment, building and grounds, etc.
Plan and carry out tasks and responsibilities associated with special projects on existing
or new equipment or facilities. Assumes responsibility for managing projects assigned.
Sources products and materials and obtains pricing for maintenance purchases.
Accountable for parts inventories relative to own needs and replenishing.
Perform most types of tool & die and fixture jobs.
Support, demonstrate and promote Pregis’ core values: integrity, collaboration, customer
focus and innovation.
Adheres to the highest standards of company safety programs, guidelines, rules, and
regulations including all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Attends meetings and completes safety trainings as required.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
