Promote the operations of the Bullhead Belle and any participating events. This position is responsible for consistently ensuring that guests are not bringing outside food or beverage onto the Bullhead Belle or taking alcoholic beverages from the Bullhead Belle to comply with State of Arizona Liquor Laws and Mohave County Health Department. Verifying proper identification for guests to meet the age requirement for proper alcohol consumption and correctly placing identification bracelet band, as necessary. Monitor guest levels for occupancy.
NOTE: Schedule may consist of early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT IS 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED and two (2) years of related professional experience.

Valid Arizona State Drivers License· Food handlers card as provided through Mohave County Public Health, Environment Health Division, ANSI-accredited food handler certificate/card or a current food handler card issued by a County within Arizona· Alcohol sell/server permit as provided through the Basic: Title 4 Alcohol Certification for Individuals On-premises certification as approved by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.*Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation. - Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not taken from the Bullhead Belle

- Maintain strong communications with Marketplace General Manager and Marketplace Assistant General Manager, Leads and co-workers.
