Qualifications:

Must have successfully completed the Food Service Manager Training Course through Nassau County Board of Health

Must have experience in large scale cooking

Must have full fingerprinting clearance

Essential Duties (include, but are not limited to):

Prepare meals in large quantities

Utilize knowledge of proper food handling procedures

Oversee the storing of food and the cleaning of all equipment

Complete managerial duties when necessary

Perform other related duties

Location: Middle School

Time: 7 Hours Per Day

Deadline: August 1, 2025
