Job Description
Qualified Staffing is seeking a dedicated and reliable custodian with prior experience for our client in Lithia Springs! This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of their warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible in performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing designated areas
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance.
Flexibility to adapt to different job duties and schedules as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior custodial or janitorial experience required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
Flexibility to adjust to varying schedules and job duties as necessary.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Able to provide immunization records- MMR & Varicella
Must be willing to complete a TB test
Must complete a flu shot
Reliable transportation
GREAT ATTITUDE AND WORK ETHIC
SOLID work history and verifiable references
Hours: 8am-4:30pmPay rate: $18/hr
