We are currently seeking a Support Server to join our front-of-house team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Food Runner and Back Server, and plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, attentive hospitality in alignment with Coeurs service culture and guest standards.
Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to ensure smooth communication and flow of service.
Run food and present each dish with clarity and enthusiasm, including full knowledge of preparation, ingredients, and potential allergens.
Support all stages of the guest experience including table maintenance, water service, marking for courses, and clearing/resetting tables.
Maintain a keen awareness of table layout, timing, pacing, and guest cues.
Ensure that service stations remain clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.
Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and plates as needed.
Prepare your station for service and complete all required opening/closing sidework.
Provide auxiliary beverage service including coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic offerings.
Demonstrate professionalism, composure, and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Be a model of hospitality and professionalism, always looking for ways to elevate the guest experience.
What We Look For:
Previous experience in high-end or fine dining service preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
A gracious, team-oriented demeanor with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Passion for food, beverage, and thoughtful service.
Ability to multitask and adapt under pressure while maintaining poise.
Familiarity with hospitality service standards, food safety, and sanitation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Food Handlers Permit (or willingness to obtain one).
Compensation & Culture:
