Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage.
Conduct room inspections for cleanliness, organization, and quality control.
Train new housekeepers and provide ongoing guidance to team members.
Maintain proper inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
Coordinate with maintenance for any repairs or maintenance issues found during inspections.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Support the housekeeping team by cleaning assigned areas when necessary.
Essential Requirements:
Ability to regularly push/pull carts weighing 5075 lbs and lift/move items up to 30 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach frequently.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow safety protocols and respond in emergencies.
Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
Customer service experience strongly desired.
