Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance upon arrival to create a welcoming and seamless experience.
- Maintain an organized and efficient coat check service for guest convenience.
- Support the hosting of private events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
- Effectively manage reservations using systems like Resy to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Handle incoming calls courteously, offering information and reservation assistance promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong dedication to excellence and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with reservation systems such as Resy is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, ownership mindset focused on enhancing guest experiences with attention to detail.
