Position Summary : This role takes on all guest interactions as the first point of contact to guide our guests through the menu, answer questions, and make sure they have a mindblasting experience. You'll work the register, run food, pack orders, make drinks, chat with guests, and maintain our vibrant and lively dining room.
Responsibilities:
- Be warm, friendly, and accommodating - providing exceptional service and hospitality for all guests
- Thoroughly memorize our menu and walk guests through what and how to order when they have questions
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit card transactions
- Create a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- Prepare and deliver food and drinks to tables, making sure to check in with guests and ensure satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
- Always go the extra distance for the comfort and happiness of our customers
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment or customer service related field is preferred
- Follow all company policies and procedures, e.g., dress code, punctuality, and professional attitude
- Provide customers with MINDBLASTING hospitality
- Be a reliable and supportive team player
