WHAT WE OFFER.
$5.00 - $11.00 per hour starting pay plus tips based on your experience.
Full-time: WednesdaySunday with various shifts available 11:30am, 3:00pm, 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, or 5:00pm until close (10:00pm/11:00pm).
Part-time: Flexible shifts within those hours based on restaurant needs.
Half-off meals during full-time shifts.
Employees enjoy free use of on-site amenities: bowling alley, mini golf, batting cages, golf simulator, and hockey pit.

Recommend food and drinks using friendly salesmanship (and your personality).

Keep your section clean and tables flipped quickly for new guests.
Use the POS system to enter orders and process payments.
Check IDs and serve responsibly.
Handle cash and make change quickly and accurately.
Promote our bowling, arcade, and all the fun The Mine Shaft offers.
Stay positive, helpful, and focusedeven when its busy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Must be 17 years of age or older.
Previous serving experience is a plusbut were happy to train the right person.
A great attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment.
Reliable and ready to jump in where needed.
Clean, professional appearance and good hygiene.
Reliable attendance and punctualityconsistently showing up on time for scheduled shifts.
