Receptionist - Ed - Patient Experience

The Receptionist greets and assists patients in a professional manner. The Receptionist is responsible for obtaining and maintaining complete and accurate patient demographics. Responsible for clerical support including answering phone calls, providing routine information to callers, and transferring, taking, and routing messages as appropriate. The Receptionist is also responsible for answering questions of patients coming in and patients looking for documentation and paperwork and transferring all documentation to the proper recipient.

HOURS: Occasional or 0.001 FTE, 0.08 Hours Biweekly, Varied Shifts

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills preferred.
