On-Site RV Park Host

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and self-motivated On-Site RV Park Host for a year-round position at a well-maintained RV park near Leesville, Louisiana. The Host will serve as the face of the park, responsible for day-to-day oversight, guest support, cleaning, and light maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the RV lifestyle and takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Serve as the on-site contact for guest questions, complaints, or concerns
Greet new arrivals and provide general park information and area tips
Enforce park rules respectfully and consistently
Cleaning and Grounds:
Perform routine cleaning of restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and other shared facilities
Maintain cleanliness of the park including trash pickup and tidying common areas
Ensure all amenities remain in clean and usable condition
Maintenance Support:
Conduct regular walk-throughs of the property to identify issues or potential hazards
Complete light maintenance tasks such as trimming, minor repairs, etc.
Report any major maintenance needs to management
Use provided tools and equipment safely and responsibly

General Oversight:
Keep an eye on guest behavior to ensure peaceful occupancy
Be available for after-hours issues or emergencies
Maintain basic records of notable events or incidents
Position Details:
Year-round role
Tools provided for all duties
Must reside on-site in your own RV (full hook-up lot provided)
Contract position paid monthly with potential for additional bonuses
Background check required for final candidates
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience as a park host, campground volunteer, or similar role preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Physically capable of completing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
Self-starter who takes pride in keeping a property clean and well-kept
Comfortable working with limited supervision
Professional and friendly demeanor
Able to commit to a long-term, year-round position

Compensation:
Free full hook-up site (water, sewer, electric, trash, internet)
Monthly pay: $1000$1500 depending on experience, performance-based bonuses available
Structure: Independent contractor position
