Key Responsibilities

Craft Outstanding Cocktails Execute and innovate Latin & South American-inspired cocktails with precision, balance, and creativity.

Deliver Exceptional Hospitality Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a warm, high-energy bar experience .

Maintain Efficiency & Speed Work cleanly, quickly, and efficiently in a high-volume setting while keeping drinks consistent.

Spirits & Ingredients Knowledge Develop a deep understanding of agave, rum, cachaca, and other Latin spirits to elevate the guest experience.

Stock & Prep Management Ensure the bar is always prepped, stocked, and organized , from batching to inventory control.

Compliance & Cleanliness Follow all health, safety, and liquor laws , keeping a clean and professional work environment at all times.

What You Bring

Passion for Craft Cocktails & Hospitality A genuine love for mixology, spirits, and creating great guest experiences .

Experience Behind the Bar Minimum 1 year as a bartender in a fast-paced, craft cocktail or high-volume setting.

Speed & Attention to Detail Ability to work quickly without sacrificing drink quality or guest experience.

Strong Communication & Teamwork Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy bar team .

Bilingual Preferred Spanish is a plus but not required.
