Project 584 Bar & Grill is an All New lively and welcoming neighborhood bar in North Arlington New Jersey, known for our great food, vibrant atmosphere, and top-notch service. Were looking for an upbeat, reliable, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first and last face our guests see!

Hostess Position Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
Manage waitlists and seating using a table management system
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or general inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
Communicate effectively with servers and management about guest flow

Server Position Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and timely manner
Accurately take food and beverage orders
Be knowledgeable about our full menu and drink offerings
Suggest daily specials, upsell menu items, and confidently answer guest questions
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
Process payments using the POS system and follow proper cash handling procedures
Experience with Toast POS is a plus
Expedite food orders efficiently from the kitchen to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar service areas, and tables
