What Youll Do:
Lead and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on equipment such as presses, cutters, and welders
Oversee cleanroom environmental controls and perform calibration tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to maintain production flow
Maintain records of calibration, preventive maintenance, and inventory of spare parts
Support engineering projects, safety initiatives, and facility upkeep
Supervise maintenance techs and work cross-functionally with other departments
Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operating procedures at all times
Qualifications:
High proficiency in reading schematics, engineering drawings, and SOPs
Experience in mechanical systems, industrial maintenance, or technical equipment support
Knowledge of calibration protocols and cleanroom standards (a plus)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital recordkeeping tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
Flexible and dependable with a strong safety mindset
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in an industrial setting with exposure to noise, tools, and physical activity
