Position: TTH Remote Dispatching Customer Service Specialist

Pay: $18:50/hr. Weekly Pay

Location: REMOTE Must live in or near Portland OR. 97225

Training Scheduled:

• Week 1 & 2: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
• Week 3 & 4: Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00pm-8:30pm

Post-Training Scheduled: 4 different scheduled to choose from ranging M-Sun.

Start Date: August 2025

Key Job Duties:

• Respond to inbound customer service calls with professionalism and urgency
• Accurately dispatch technicians to service locations based on customer needs
• Maintain up-to-date records in our system through efficient data entry
• Communicate via phone and email, using Microsoft Outlook and other platforms
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Position Requirements:

• Must reside in Oregon (Preferred: within 30 miles of Portland 97225)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Computer proficiency, including daily use of Microsoft Outlook and the full Office Suite
• Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
