We are looking for an inspired hospitality professional experienced barista at our gallery cafe in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
Cafe Usagi is a Japanese gallery cafe opened 10 years ago in Dumbo, Brooklyn. More than just an art gallery or a cafe, Usagi offers the optimal environment for cross-disciplinary creativity and inspiration by integrating dining, art, and retail.
Usagi embodies modern Japanese aesthetic, which favors functional beauty, understated colors, and natural materials. We apply these principles to every object we introduce to our visitors.
Food license and barista experience of 3 years are a must. Schedule is at least 3 times a week (approx. 6 hours a day either morning or afternoon shift including weekends).NYS Health handler certificate is required.
