In this front-line role, you'll handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and a smile-while helping guests make the most of their stay by sharing all that our property and the surrounding area have to offer. What You'll Do: - Welcome & Check-In/Out: Be the first friendly face guests see, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. - Guest Assistance: Answer questions, provide recommendations, and make every guest feel at home. - Exceptional Service: Deliver top-tier hospitality, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. - Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a smile, turning challenges into solutions. - Resort Ambassador: Highlight and promote our incredible property and amenities to enhance each stay. You should be proficient in basic computer software, including Excel and Word, and eager to learn our property management system. Organizational skills and multitasking come naturally to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying composed under pressure.
