Duties
Help
Responsible for preparing items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, bacon, tuna salad, cookies, and other food items as required in the daily routine of opering a fast food snack bar operion. Ensures proper portion control. Responsible for preparing a variety of mes, poultry, seafood, vegetables, sauces, gravies, and deserts using standard recipes and instructions from product labels. Responsible for performing a variety of tasks in food preparion for items such as vegetables and fruits used for salads and desserts for cered events. Responsible for keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and able to pass required health and safety inspections all times. May be responsible to opere a cash register, collect. money, and prepare necessary documention for cash funds accountability. 90%
Responsible for assisting with cering events including food preparion, setting up, pling and serving of food, removing dirty dishes from the tables, and break down after the events. 10%

A qualified candide must possess:
Knowledge of the principles of basic food preparion and safety, cash collection, sanition, and customer courtesy and hospitality.
Ability to follow basic recipes, combine ingredients, and prepare all assigned foods.
Knowledge of proper techniques for measuring the volume of dry, liquid, and f ingredients.
A basic understanding of recipe construction.
Skill in measuring and weighing ingredients to adjust recipe yields according to standard procedures.
Ability to comply with proper safety and sanition procedures, work independently and as a team member, and opere a computerized cash register system and other food service equipment.
