BAES Fried Chicken is founded on traditional Southern fried chicken with a Northwest twist, and our Downtown location features a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen, two dining rooms, and a private outdoor patio with retractable roof that is open year round.

Downtown is currently hiring for:

Part Time/Full Time FOH team member

AM and PM shifts needed. Nights and weekends are a requirement for this position

We are looking for a team member with at least 1 year restaurant experience, and a desire to be trained in both FOH and BOH positions. We are extremely busy, and are looking for high energy and fun individuals to help us keep serving the best fried chicken in town!

Pay starts $18/hour, and tips are d evenly among the staff based on hours worked (Avg. $4-$7/hr.). We offer very good benefits after 60 days (Medical/Dental/Vision, and more).

Essential Job Functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

Adnce topany, local, and state policies regarding food safety and sanitation

Operation of restaurant equipment/appliances

Physically able to stand/walk for a full shift, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Communicate and cooperate effectively with other Team Members

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends

Valid Food Handlers Card and OLCC Permit

Pay: $18/hr. plus tip average of $4 - $7/hr. = $22 - $25/hr.
