The Radiant Table is an intimatemunal dinner experience w guests enjoy a four-course meal crafted by a rotating lineup of award-winning chefs. The evening begins with a vibrant cocktail hour, before guests are weed into the theater for synchronized table-side service. Each course is brought to life through projection-mapped tablescapes that the story behind the dish, whether highlighting the origin of the ingredients or illuminating the inspiration behind the chef's creation. It's an unettable fusion of culinary artistry and immersive storytelling.

Many of our guest chefs are decorated with awards and nominees such as the James Beardanization. You can expect to work with top-tier restaurants such as Ascend, John Howie, Surrel, Lenox, and more. Professionalism, precision, and efficiency are essential to ensure a seamless and elevated culinary experience for our guests.

We are seeking a team to assist with the Bellevue Series of The Radiant Table. This pop up dinner series kicks off on August 5th with a Friends + Family night, followed by the official series launch on August 7th. The current run concludes on September 11th. The Radiant Table operates Thursday through Sunday (on most weekends) and is closed Monday through Wednesday.

Each night, cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM in the Lounge and runs until 6:45 PM, when the dining room opens for guest seating. Around 7:00 PM, once guests are settled, we ll begin the first course and move through all four courses.

Dinner typically concludes around 9:30 PM, at which point guests are encouraged to return to the Lounge to enjoy the after-party!

Below are the Front of House Service roles we are seeking for the uing event. Please read through and see what role might be the best fit for you.

As a Floor Manager you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $30/hr

Pre-Service Responsibilities:

Check in with Food + Beverage Manager

Set all sani bins and rags in both kitchens

Check in with the Chef and prepare the example setting for the dining room

Assist the Front of House + Kitchen with preparing for the Amuse Bouche

Lead the Pre-Dinner Team sync, letting team members know their roles for the night and any notes or specifics that to each course

Introduce the Chef to the team and prompt him to his notes for the night with the team

Ensure the bar is ready for cocktail hour at 5:45pm

Ensure the Cocktailers enter the dining room with the guests at 6:45pm and ensure all initial cocktail orders are taken before the first coursees out

Dinner Service Duties:

Prepare Servers and Zone Leads for first course delivery

Ensure each Zone Lead is shown the dish and has itsponents explained by the Chef before the first table is served

Lead and guide Servers in collaboration with the Expo to call seats and tables as dishese out of the window, ensuring all dietary restrictions are add to

Communicate with the Zone Leads if t are any issues or delays between courses

Post-Service Responsibilities:

Support the Zone Leads with ensuring the dining room gets closed down

Support the Bar Team with after-hours as needed

Ensure the Barback and Dishwasher collaborate on polishing glassware before re-racking

As a Zone Lead you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $30/hr

Pre-Service Responsibilities:

Receive zone assignment from the Floor Manager

Review all guest dietary preferences (meat or vegetarian) for your zone to ensure seamless course delivery

Direct and support assigned servers throughout service to maintain proper flow and timing

Assist with dining room presets and resets, including:

Folding napkins

Polishing and setting cutlery, glassware, and chargers

Cleaning and uniformly aligning ghost chairs

Perfecting table settings and chair spacing for guest arrival

Review chef and culinary team talking points for all four courses and wine pairings

Familiarize yourself with the cocktail program to confidently rmend or upsell options based on guest preferences

Prepare BOH service stations with:

Water setups

Extra cutlery and napkins

Wine for the Wine Pairing Program

Know your seat and table numbers for accurate and efficient service

Dinner Service Duties:

Deliver a polished, first-class experience across four plated courses

Comfortably carry large oval trays and small round trays with entrees, cocktails, etc.

You will follow behind a team of four Servers in your zone, once they havepleted service to each table you wille behind and give a brief introduction to each course and ensure your guests have everything they need to enjoy each course.

Confidently present and describe each dish to each table in your zone and speak to the tablescape that corresponds (talking points provided pre-service).

Pour and confidently discuss wine pairings for guests who ve selected the wine package (talking points provided pre-service)

Refill water glasses and respond to guest needs promptly with the support or your Servers Assistant

Support cocktail service in collaboration with the cocktailing team

Confidently and enthusiastically present and describe the evening s menu and beverage pairings/options

Buss and clear tables between each course

Post-Service Responsibilities:

Participate in the 1-hour room reset between seatings

Ensure your zone is fully restaged to match first-turn presentation

Restock any service items for second seating

After the second service assist with the final clear-down of tables and chairs

Return all dishes to the kitchen and assist with prep for the next day as needed

Check out with the Floor Manager, receive feedback, and review dinner notes + wine pairings for the following day

As a Server you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $28/hr

Pre-Service Responsibilities:

Check in with the Floor Manager, and the Zone Leads for the night. They will provide insight to the menu and other notes for each specific night.

After you have your table number assignments you will review the menu, and wine pairings for the evening. This will prepare you to speak confidently about each course as you go through service.

Review all guest dietary preferences (meat or vegetarian) for your seat positions with the Zone Leads to ensure seamless course delivery

Assist with dining room presets, including:

Folding napkins

Polishing and setting cutlery, glassware, and chargers

Cleaning and uniformly aligning ghost chairs

Perfecting table settings and chair spacing for guest arrival

Review chef and culinary team talking points for all four courses and wine pairings

Dinner Service:

Provide upscale, first-class dinner service across 4 courses. The majority of Chefs joining us for the Radiant Table are awarded and highly regarded. So top shelf service is of the utmost importance.

You will be following the Floor Manager table calls as you serve each table as a team with your other 3 fellow Servers. This allows for synchronized service to each of the tables in your zone.

Ensure you are familiar with your table numbers and seat numbers in order to correctly ad to dietary restrictions in your zone.

Ability to confidently carry 2 entrees throughout the dining room and confidently and professionally place each dish perfectly in front of guests. This allows for coordinated course drops in sync with fellow servers and the projection mapped tablescape timing

Ability to confidently carry Large Ovals + Small Round Service Trays with entrees, cocktails, etc.

Keep water glasses full and assist guests as needed

Fulfill cocktail orders with support from the cocktailing team

Learn and confidently describe new menus and drink pairings nightly

Bussing and clearing between courses

Post-Service Responsibilities:

Following the end of dinner, assist with the final clear-down of tables, chairs, and dish return to kitchen

Assist with prep for the following day if time allows

Check out with the Floor Manager and receive Dinner Notes for the following day's meals and wine pairings

As a Host/Server you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $28/hr

Pre-Dinner Service / Cocktail Hour Responsibilities:

Greet and wee guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they arrive.

Scan guest tickets upon entry and hand off their table map with their assigned seats.

Manage coat check both upon arrival and after dinner service.

Let guests know they'll have 1 hour to enjoy the cocktail hour, w they'll receive a wee beverage and have the opportunity to order additional drinks before dinner begins.

Point out restroom locations and entrances for both pre-dinner and during dinner.

Gently encourage guests to use the restroom before dinner doors open to maximize their uninterrupted dinner experience.

Assist with Amuse Bouche service.

Be available throughout cocktail hour for coat check, guest questions, and support.

Take group photos at the sparkle wall and ensure guests have memorable moments captured.

Keep the cocktail area tidy, bussing glassware and maintaining a clean, weing environment.

During Dinner:

Ensure the cocktail hour space is clean and clear once guests have moved into the dining room.

Check in with your Floor Manager to offer support in preparing for the first course delivery.

Know your table and seat numbers to accurately follow dietary restrictions.

Be able to carry both large oval trays and small round trays with entrees, cocktails, and more.

You will be supporting your Zone Lead to ensure that their section is being attended to outside of course service:

Refilling waters

Bussing

Replacing cutlery as needed

Assisting with cocktail orders

Assisting with wine pairings

Post-Service Responsibilities:

Prepare for coat return and ensure a smooth, friendly farewell experience for all guests.

Thank guests warmly as they exit.

During guest exit/cocktail hour, ensure the Host Desk is fully prepped for the following day.

Check out with the Floor Manager, receive feedback, and review dinner notes for the next evening's service.

Below are the Bar Service roles we are seeking for the uing event. Please read through and ensure you meet all expectations prior to ing:

As a Bar Lead you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $26/hr + Tips

Pre-Service Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the bar is set up for success each night and for maintaining efficiency once dinner service begins. Upon arrival, check in with the Floor Manager and begin preparing the bar with the following tasks:

Pull all necessary product (liquor, wine, and mixers)

Distribute product appropriately between each bar

Deploy ice to all bars and chill bins

Set up each station with the required tools

Update the Square terminal to reflect the night s drink menu

Ensure all bar menus are ed and accounted for

Stage all wine pairings for the night in the dining room

Polish glassware and stock additional pairing glasses at the service station

Dinner Service Duties:

This role is suited for individuals with a few years of experience working behind the bar at high-volume events or restaurants. You will begin the evening working a fast-paced cocktail hour, then transition to supporting cocktail orders in the dining room during dinner service. After dinner concludes, guests will return to the lounge, w you will serve during the after-hours cocktail programming typically lasting 45 minutes to an hour. During cocktail hour and dinner, you will act as the Bar/Cocktailing Lead. You ll engage with guests, take and ring in orders, and ensure the bar is operating smoothly and efficiently throughout service.

Provide a warm, weing presence as guests arrive to claim their wee drinks or order from the bar

Ensure drinks are moving at a steady pace out of the well, avoiding any major lines during cocktail hour

As the initial rush slows, float throughout the lounge to assist with bussing and taking additional drink orders table-side w appropriate

When guests move to the dining room, continue to float and take drink orders as they settle into their seats

Throughout dinner, coordinate with Zone Leads to monitor the room and ensure all guests are able to order drinks as needed

Post-Service Responsibilities:

Collect all unused or open wine bottles from the service wells

Close down the dining room bar at the end of dinner

Close down the lounge bar after the after-hours portion concludes

Review bar inventory with the Floor Manager

As a Bartender you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $22/hr + Tips

This role is suited for individuals with a few years of experience working behind the bar at high-volume events or restaurants. You will begin the evening working a fast-paced cocktail hour, then transition to supporting cocktail orders in the dining room during dinner service. After dinner concludes, guests will return to the lounge, w you will serve during the after-hours cocktail programming typically lasting 45 minutes to an hour.

Provide a warm, weing presence as guests arrive to claim their wee drinks or order from the bar

Maintain fast, friendly, and efficient service throughout cocktail hour and dinner

Assist the Bar Lead with cocktailing throughout the dining room as needed

Support pre-close responsibilities prior to after-hours service

Continue to offer a warm and engaging presence during the after-hours programming

Assist with bussing glassware in the lounge throughout after-hours service

As a Bar back you will be expected of the following:

Rate: $21/hr + Tips

You will be responsible for assisting the bar team with prep work and supporting bar operations during service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isfortable with physical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Bar Lead with all prep tasks, including garnishes, product pulls, deployment, and ice distribution

Rack and polish cocktail glassware, then deploy to both the Lounge and Dining Room bars

Rack and polish wine glasses, then deploy to the Lounge, Dining Room Bar, and Service Station for wine-by-the-glass and wine pairings

Restock ice as needed throughout service

Run cocktails to the dining room for bartenders during service

Run dirty glassware racks to the dish pit as needed
