It's an unettable fusion of culinary artistry and immersive storytelling.
Many of our guest chefs are decorated with awards and nominees such as the James Beardanization. You can expect to work with top-tier restaurants such as Ascend, John Howie, Surrel, Lenox, and more. Professionalism, precision, and efficiency are essential to ensure a seamless and elevated culinary experience for our guests.
We are seeking a team to assist with the Bellevue Series of The Radiant Table. This pop up dinner series kicks off on August 5th with a Friends + Family night, followed by the official series launch on August 7th. The current run concludes on September 11th. The Radiant Table operates Thursday through Sunday (on most weekends) and is closed Monday through Wednesday.
Each night, cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM in the Lounge and runs until 6:45 PM, when the dining room opens for guest seating. Around 7:00 PM, once guests are settled, we ll begin the first course and move through all four courses.
Dinner typically concludes around 9:30 PM, at which point guests are encouraged to return to the Lounge to enjoy the after-party!

Below are the Front of House Service roles we are seeking for the uing event. Please read through and see what role might be the best fit for you.
As a Floor Manager you will be expected of the following:
Rate: $30/hr
Pre-Service Responsibilities:
Check in with Food + Beverage Manager
Set all sani bins and rags in both kitchens
Check in with the Chef and prepare the example setting for the dining room
Assist the Front of House + Kitchen with preparing for the Amuse Bouche
Lead the Pre-Dinner Team sync, letting team members know their roles for the night and any notes or specifics that to each course
Introduce the Chef to the team and prompt him to his notes for the night with the team
Ensure the bar is ready for cocktail hour at 5:45pm
Ensure the Cocktailers enter the dining room with the guests at 6:45pm and ensure all initial cocktail orders are taken before the first coursees out
Dinner Service Duties:
Prepare Servers and Zone Leads for first course delivery
Ensure each Zone Lead is shown the dish and has itsponents explained by the Chef before the first table is served
Lead and guide Servers in collaboration with the Expo to call seats and tables as dishese out of the window, ensuring all dietary restrictions are add to

You will be following the Floor Manager table calls as you serve each table as a team with your other 3 fellow Servers. This allows for synchronized service to each of the tables in your zone.
Ensure you are familiar with your table numbers and seat numbers in order to correctly ad to dietary restrictions in your zone.
Ability to confidently carry 2 entrees throughout the dining room and confidently and professionally place each dish perfectly in front of guests. This allows for coordinated course drops in sync with fellow servers and the projection mapped tablescape timing
Ability to confidently carry Large Ovals + Small Round Service Trays with entrees, cocktails, etc.
Keep water glasses full and assist guests as needed
Fulfill cocktail orders with support from the cocktailing team
Learn and confidently describe new menus and drink pairings nightly
