Serafina & Cicchetti of Eastlake are looking for positive and driven individuals to join our team. We are a hard-working team of restaurant professionals who work well with passionate, good spirited, foodies. The right candidate for this position will have extensive wine and food knowledge, be able to handle a busy section with confidence, as well as the ability and desire to genuinely engage with our guests. Weekend availability is required.

We strive to create a familial atmosp, both for our guests and our employees. We are a well-established house with loyal clientele and a strong product. As a result, the average server does well financially (no tip pool) and the right fit has longevity and security. All applicants must have at least 5 years serving experience and desire to grow as a professional.
