Carrello is looking to expand our front of house team! We are currently seeking a server assistant, and will have opportunities for growth over time.

We are looking for individuals who are creative, considerate, and passionate about food and hospitality. This is a team-driven environment, w we like to have fun while providing excellent service. Our goal is to ensure that everyone who walks in the door finds a wee and inviting space, and leaves with positive memories (including you).

Compensation:

This part-time Front of House position is paid the applicable minimum wage (currently $20.76 per hour) and a per-hour of Tips as follows: 67% pooled and divided amongst the hourly Front of House service staff per hours worked based on a point system. Support staff earns a half point per hour worked during service hours.
