Server Position El Gaucho Ta
The role of a server at El Gaucho Ta demandsprehensive expertise in food, beverage, and wine, along with the refined skills essential for delivering exceptional fine-dining service. Candidates must demonstrate strong service acumen, salesmanship, and the ability to prioritize tasks with unwavering attention to guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Accurately entering food and beverage orders using the POS system
Understanding and executing fine-dining coursing with precise timing and steps of service
Handling cash and processing payments efficiently
Managing a section of 3 4 tables, as assigned by management
Coordinating with both front and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
Servers are expected to uphold El Gaucho Ta s standards of service while fostering guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through prompt, courteous, and professional interactions. Prior experience with tableside service is highly preferred.

Compensation| During the 2-week training period, and for certain limited activities tafter (e.g., set-up for buy-outs,pany meetings) you will get the applicable minimum wage for your location at $16.66 hr. After training, the pay range is the minimum wage for your location ($16.66, an hour) to $102/hour, which is calculated by a variable base amount per hour (ranging from $1 to $16.66 an hour) plus 15%mission on your individual gross sales (gross sales lessps), which is paid 100% to you and not d with support staff, plus any voluntary tips or gratuities paid at the guests discretion, which are also paid entirely to you.* The average earnings, includingmissions and voluntary tips or gratuities, are approximately $55-$70/hour; however, this rate is based on your gross sales, lessps, voluntary tips/gratuities and as such may vary and is not guaranteed.
* In the unlikely event the base rate +missions in a workweek do not meet or exceed the minimum wage, a server will be paid at least the location-specific minimum wage ($16.66 hour).
