Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain kitchenanization, cleanliness, andpliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate on menu development, seasonal specials, and cost management.
- Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff to foster a positive team culture.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure fresh, top-quality ingredients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership andmunication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of seafood preparation and culinary techniques.
- Passion for creating unique and flavorful dishes.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining amitment to quality.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
