Were looking for a cleaner who goes beyond just clean someone who understands that hospitality starts with the feeling a guest gets when they first walk in.

This is for a short-term rental property where every detail counts. Guests expect hotel-level presentation with the warmth of a well-kept home. If you take pride in your work and believe in making spaces feel welcoming, wed love to hear from you.

About the Role:
Youll be cleaning and resetting the space between guest stays. This includes not only thorough cleaning, but also staging and spotting small details that elevate the guest experience and helping to manage seasonal changes and communication with the hosts.

Typical tasks include:

Full cleaning of kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living spaces

Making beds with care and presentation in mind

Light laundry (sheets & towels)

Resetting and staging the space to match photos

Notifying us of any damage or supplies running low

Resetting the exterior space and moving outdoor furniture to basement during winter

Who We're Looking For:
Detail-oriented and consistent

Reliable with strong communication

Understands the importance of presentation in hospitality

Able to work independently and meet check-in deadlines

Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals is a plus

Location: Dover-Foxcroft, ME
Flexible schedule based on bookings
Competitive pay per turnover (based on size & time required)
