Porter/ Janitor

Shift: Monday thru Sunday
Start time: 4am until 8am
Job duties include:
Service 13 trash cans
Clean plaza directory signage
Hose down the playground
Wipe or city benches to remove bird poop
And hose down in front of every storefront on a rotation basis
Clean two restrooms
Use leaf blower

TERMS FOR HIRING:
One year of cleaning experience
LIVE IN THE EAST SIDE
No criminal record
Reliable transportation
Honest hard working person
Detail oriented
No drug use including marijuana
Able to follow directions
