JOB SUMMARY: This position is full performance work in various aspects of cafeteria operations. This position works with food preparation, care and cleaning of kitchen facilities and equipment, serving food, cashiering, or dishwashing duties. This position performs work independently within well-established guidelines and procedures. Work is reviewed while in progress and upon completion. This position must complete work within a tight time frame.
