Building Maintenance Technician

Location Kissimmee

• Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 Hourly ( Based on experience )
• Shift: Full-time, hours will be Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm shift

• Highly preferred someone who is mechanically able to repair light plumbing and minor repairs.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Maintenance Technician ensures cleanliness through continuous monitoring and cleaning of the facility
• This role will maintain a clean facility by emptying trash barrels, wiping down walls, and mopping areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment
• Maintenance Technicians report any problems with cleaning equipment or out-of-stock cleaning materials to management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• 0 to 6 plus months general experience
