Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Head Chef to plan and create menus
- Ensure portion control and food cost management
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Demonstrate exceptional knife skills in food preparation
- Oversee back of house operations, including banquet catering

Salary and Benefits:
