Labebe Prime Steak & Seafood, a premier Mediterranean steakhouse with a New American/Asian twist, is looking for highly skilled and charismatic Fine Dining Bartenders to join our team. We are seeking professionals who can craft impeccable cocktails, engage guests with a warm and inviting personality, and provide a top-tier bar experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of fine dining or upscale cocktail bar experience.
Expert knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and premium spirits.
A strong, engaging personality with the ability to connect with guests and create a memorable experience.
Skilled in upselling and crafting custom cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining precision and quality.
Experience with inventory management, proper pouring techniques, and bar cleanliness.
Proficiency with POS systems and handling high-end clientele.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
